If you are supplying a company logo please provide it in PNG or PSD Format.
Videos in either Quicktime Format or Links to your Youtube, Vimeo, Viddler videos to be embedded into your site. All must be in High Quality mp4 H.264
Information on your current hosting provider if you are sticking with the one you have.
